A reminder to take time to stretch
There are many benefits to stretching: it keeps our muscles flexible, strong and healthy, improves posture, reduces muscle stiffness and increases our range of motion. Whether you're waking your body up in the morning or looking to cool down and relax after an intense workout, stretching just feels good.
Let's be honest, what I just wrote is no news to us, we all know that stretching is good for us, but when it comes to actually making time for it, the tricky part begins. Finding motivation can be very difficult, and we hope our delicate and pretty Lotus Collection jewelry will do the trick. The collection includes 3 necklaces, 3 pairs of earrings, 2 bracelets, 1 anklet, 2 beach towels and 1 aloha bag and is designed to help you make the most of your yoga class, fitness class, hikes and enjoy the outdoors. Waterproof as ever or made from soft cotton, our jewelry is adventure-ready and won't restrict your movements. So grab your favorite essentials and move with us!

Simple yoga exercises & Stretches for your lunch break
You probably recognize the stretches pictured above from your fitness class or sports training, or you are a yogi yourself and already an expert at these basic stretches.
Before and during training, pay attention to:
- Wear comfortable clothing. There are so many different types of workout clothes! Choose what you feel most comfortable in and make sure to wear jewelry that doesn't hurt you or restrict your movements.
– Eat on time! It's much easier on an empty stomach - I can tell you that!
-Stay hydrated. Good hydration is so important and has so many benefits for your health too! What I learned is that you shouldn't wait until you're thirsty to drink, because by the time you're thirsty you're already slightly dehydrated - that kind of makes sense, right? Although hydration is very important, it is not usually common practice to drink during yoga class. Make sure you drink before or after!
— Pay attention to your knees, wrists and ankles! Stretching should feel good, and be sure to follow trusted instructions if you're unsure how to mimic a pose. – Leave your phone behind, that is the most important advice. Mindfulness is an essential aspect of the physical practice of yoga, with an emphasis on observing rather than reacting. It's not called moving meditation for nothing!
